Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup mango sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 8 pieces rice paper wrappers
Honey Dip
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Slice the mango, pineapple, kiwi, and strawberries into thin strips.
Soak the Rice Paper
  1. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10 seconds until soft.
Assemble the Spring Rolls
  1. Place a small amount of each fruit in the center of the softened rice paper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
Make the Honey Dip
  1. In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice until well combined.
Serve
  1. Arrange the spring rolls on a plate and serve with the honey dip.
