Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pastry
  • 1 package phyllo dough thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Bites
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush a muffin tin with melted butter. Layer phyllo dough sheets, brushing each layer with butter, and cut into squares to fit the muffin tin.
  3. Fill each phyllo cup with the spinach mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Spinach Dip Bites warm.

Notes
