Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard for binder
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Your favorite barbecue sauce for glazing

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back side.
  2. Apply yellow mustard evenly over the ribs as a binder for the rub.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  6. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 4 hours.
  7. Brush the barbecue sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  8. Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
