  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter Creamy or crunchy, as preferred
  • 2 medium Bananas Ripe but firm
  • 1/4 cup Honey Optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts Optional, for added crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter over each tortilla.
  2. Peel the bananas and place them on one edge of the tortilla.
  3. Drizzle honey over the bananas if using, and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the bananas.
  5. Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate.
