Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2 pieces flatbreads store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
Toppings
  • 2 medium ripe peaches sliced
  • 4 ounces prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Flatbread
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Add Toppings
  1. Evenly distribute the sliced peaches over the flatbreads.
  2. Layer the prosciutto slices on top of the peaches.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the flatbreads.
Bake and Serve
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Garnish with fresh thyme before slicing and serving.
