Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Olive Oil Extra virgin preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon Skin-on preferred

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the Salmon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with additional lemon wedges if desired.
