Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 4 cups strong brewed coffee cooled
Irish Cream
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
Ice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting

Method
 

Prepare Coffee
  1. Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a shaker, combine the cooled coffee, Irish cream, and sugar. Shake well to mix.
Serve
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
Top with Cream
  1. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each glass.
Garnish
  1. Dust with cocoa powder for garnish and serve immediately.
