  • 2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for the dough

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Cook the Flatbreads
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
