  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Cook the Flatbreads
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
