Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 6 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 8 pcs fresh figs halved
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper.
  2. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  3. Evenly distribute the mozzarella slices over the dough.
  4. Arrange the halved figs and prosciutto on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the toppings.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Carefully slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing.
