Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup oats rolled oats
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup honey optional
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water as needed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and oats.
  3. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, and egg until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Add water if the mixture is too thick.
Baking
  1. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
