Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Green Cabbage shredded
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk warmed
  • 4 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Peel and cut the Russet potatoes into chunks.

  5. Mash the potatoes and cabbage together until smooth.
