Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cups corned beef shredded or diced
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the corned beef, diced potatoes, chopped onion, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
