Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces dark chocolate

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup colored sprinkles
  • 4 ounces melting chocolate
  • 12 pieces mini cupcake liners
